Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist the General Manager of the Base in formulating annual business plans and medium and long-term development plans, decompose business objectives, and clarify the target responsibilities and assessment standards of each department.
  2. Coordinate the base’s production plan management, formulate monthly and weekly production plans according to market demand, inventory status and production capacity, coordinate production resources, and ensure the smooth implementation of production plans.
  3. Be responsible for the monitoring of plan implementation, track the progress of target completion of each department and the implementation of production plans, analyze the causes of plan deviations, put forward rectification measures, and ensure the achievement of plans.
  4. Be responsible for the plan management of major base projects (new construction, expansion, technological transformation, etc.), formulate project implementation plans, monitor project progress, quality and cost, and ensure the timely delivery of projects.
  5. Establish a plan control system, optimize plan work processes and management systems, and improve the scientificity and effectiveness of plan management.
  6. Collect and sort out plan-related data, compile plan implementation analysis reports, and provide data support for the base’s business decisions and plan adjustments.
  7. Coordinate the plan connection between various departments, solve cross-departmental collaboration problems in the process of plan implementation, and improve work efficiency.
  8. Establish a planning team, cultivate local planning management talents, and improve the professional ability and work level of the team.

Job Requirements

  1. Local African nationality, 35-50 years old, bachelor’s degree or above, preferred majors include Business Administration, Production Management, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, etc.
  2. More than 8 years of planning management experience in manufacturing enterprises, including more than 5 years of experience in the same-level planning management position, with experience in plan control of large-scale production bases preferred.
  3. Familiar with production and manufacturing processes, plan preparation methods and project management tools, with rich experience in plan control and cross-departmental collaboration.
  4. Possess good data analysis ability, logical thinking ability, overall coordination ability and problem-solving ability, proficient in using plan management software and office software.
  5. Good Chinese and English communication and expression ability, able to accurately connect internal and external plan-related work.
  6. Rigorous and careful, strong sense of responsibility, strong execution and pressure resistance, able to efficiently promote the implementation of various plans.
