Kerinci Solar was officially incorporated in 2025. It is a limited liability company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and is wholly owned by its founder, Ms.Veronika Selviati.

We have been constructing a solar cell plant, BGE (Nigeria) Solar FZE, in the Ogun Guangdong Free Trade Zone, Igbesa Town, Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government Area, Ogun State, Nigeria. Phase I of the plant will commence production with an annual capacity of 2.5 GW; upon the installation of additional equipment and facilities, we will expand to Phase II by leveraging the existing infrastructure from Phase I, at which point the annual capacity will be increased to 4.5 GW.

Kerinci Solar is committed to becoming a reliable integrated service solar solutions provider in the United States and globally, integrating the upstream production of wafer and silicon, midstream production of solar cell, and potentially other stages of the solar power supply chain.
