Job Responsibilities

  1. Formulate the base’s power supply strategy, energy management plan and safety operation regulations, and organize the implementation to ensure the stable and reliable power supply of the base.
  2. Be responsible for the operation and management of power equipment (generators, transformers, distribution cabinets, etc.), formulate equipment operation procedures, arrange special personnel to operate on duty, and ensure the safe and stable operation of equipment.
  3. Formulate power equipment maintenance and repair plans, organize regular maintenance, inspection and repair of power equipment, timely eliminate equipment faults, and reduce equipment failure rate.
  4. Be responsible for energy management, monitor energy consumption (electricity, water, gas, etc.), analyze energy consumption data, identify energy-saving potential, and put forward energy-saving transformation schemes to reduce energy consumption costs.
  5. Establish power safety management system, carry out power safety training and education, supervise the implementation of safety operation specifications, and prevent power safety accidents.
  6. Coordinate with local power supply departments, handle power connection, power supply approval and other related matters, and ensure the smooth connection of external power supply.
  7. Handle power supply emergencies (power outages, equipment failures, etc.), formulate emergency response plans, organize emergency repairs, and minimize the impact on production and operation.
  8. Establish a power team, cultivate local power professional talents, improve the team’s professional operation skills and safety awareness.

Job Requirements

  1. Local African nationality, 35-50 years old, bachelor’s degree or above, majors in Electrical Engineering, Power System and Automation, Energy and Power Engineering, etc., with relevant professional operation certificates preferred.
  2. More than 8 years of power supply management, equipment operation and maintenance experience in large-scale enterprises or industrial parks, including more than 5 years of experience in the same-level power management position.
  3. Familiar with power equipment operation principles, maintenance technologies and energy management knowledge, familiar with local power supply policies and safety regulations.
  4. Possess strong power equipment fault diagnosis and handling ability, energy analysis and optimization ability, and safety management ability.
  5. Good Chinese and English communication and expression ability, able to accurately convey operation instructions and safety requirements.
  6. Strictly abide by safety regulations, strong sense of responsibility, careful and prudent work style, and ability to work on shifts if necessary.
