Job Requirements

  1. Native of Africa, aged 35-45, with a bachelor’s degree or higher; majors in business administration, engineering management, production operations, or related fields are preferred. Must have over 5 years of experience in manufacturing factory operations management, and experience in cross-cultural business operations is a plus.
  2. Familiar with local laws and regulations, business environment, and manufacturing industry trends in Nigeria, particularly knowledgeable about local industry policies and labor market conditions in Ogun State. Able to quickly adapt to local operational needs and independently solve local operational issues.
  3. Solid knowledge of production and operations management, proficient in core operational areas such as production planning, process optimization, quality control, and cost management. Able to improve factory operational efficiency and profitability through scientific management.

Director of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Establish and improve the base’s HSE management system, formulate HSE management rules and regulations, operation procedures and emergency plans, and organize the implementation and supervision.
  2. Be responsible for safety management, carry out safety risk identification and assessment, formulate risk control measures, supervise the rectification of potential safety hazards, and prevent safety accidents (fire, explosion, mechanical injury, etc.).
  3. Be responsible for environmental protection management, monitor the discharge of waste water, waste gas, solid waste, etc., ensure that the discharge meets local environmental standards, organize environmental protection treatment and remediation, and prevent environmental pollution.
  4. Be responsible for employee health management, organize occupational health examinations, carry out occupational health education and training, prevent occupational diseases, and protect employee physical and mental health.

  1. Formulate the base’s power supply strategy, energy management plan and safety operation regulations, and organize the implementation to ensure the stable and reliable power supply of the base.
  2. Be responsible for the operation and management of power equipment (generators, transformers, distribution cabinets, etc.), formulate equipment operation procedures, arrange special personnel to operate on duty, and ensure the safe and stable operation of equipment.
  3. Formulate power equipment maintenance and repair plans, organize regular maintenance, inspection and repair of power equipment, timely eliminate equipment faults, and reduce equipment failure rate.
  4. Be responsible for energy management, monitor energy consumption (electricity, water, gas, etc.), analyze energy consumption data, identify energy-saving potential, and put forward energy-saving transformation schemes to reduce energy consumption costs.
