Job Responsibilities

  1. According to the base’s production plan, organize and formulate detailed production execution plans, coordinate production resources (personnel, equipment, materials, etc.), and ensure the orderly development of production.
  2. Be responsible for production progress control, track the implementation of production tasks, timely solve bottleneck problems in the production process, and ensure the timely achievement of production plans.
  3. Be responsible for production quality control, establish a production quality control system, implement quality responsibilities, carry out quality improvement activities, reduce the defective rate and improve product quality.
  4. Be responsible for the improvement of production efficiency, optimize production processes, process layout and production organization methods, promote lean production, reduce production losses and improve production efficiency.
  5. Be responsible for production equipment management, formulate equipment maintenance plans, monitor equipment operation status, organize equipment maintenance and repair, ensure stable equipment operation and extend equipment service life.
  6. Be responsible for on-site production management, implement on-site 5S management standards, standardize on-site operation order, and ensure safe and orderly production on site.
  7. Coordinate the collaboration between production departments and other departments (procurement, planning, quality, etc.), solve cross-departmental problems in the production process, and ensure the smooth progress of production.
  8. Establish a manufacturing team, cultivate local production and manufacturing talents, carry out skill training and assessment, and improve the professional quality and operational skills of the team.
  9. Track and learn advanced production and manufacturing technologies and management experience, promote technological innovation and management improvement, and enhance the core competitiveness of production.

Job Requirements

  1. Local African nationality, 35-50 years old, bachelor’s degree or above, preferred majors include Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, etc.
  2. More than 8 years of production and manufacturing management experience in large-scale manufacturing enterprises, including more than 5 years of experience in the same-level manufacturing management position, with experience in lean production management preferred.
  3. Familiar with production and manufacturing processes, equipment management, quality control and on-site management, with rich experience in production site management and process optimization.
  4. Possess excellent production organization and coordination ability, problem-solving ability, cost control ability and team management ability.
  5. Good Chinese and English communication and expression ability, able to accurately connect internal and external production-related work.
  6. Strong sense of responsibility, pragmatic and rigorous work style, strong execution and pressure resistance, and awareness of safety and quality first.
